| Hotel “Bansko”, opened on 6th December 1996. The four-star hotel will welcome you all year round with the characteristic local hospitality and will create for you the special moments you need. Hotel “Bansko” has two wings – 4 and 3-floors respectively, two lifts for guests, local heating system and air-conditioned restaurant and reception area. For your relaxed and unforgettable indulgence in the atmosphere of Bansko, the hotel with the same name has 51 rooms: 2 single rooms 25 double rooms 8 one-bedroom apartments, five of these being two-storey apartments 4 two-bedroom apartments, one of these a two-storey apartment As guests to the hotel you are granted free transportation to the pistes when facilities are working; parking space; safekeeping of your personal skiing equipment; swimming pool, gym and sauna. For the full convenience and pleasure of your stay you may rent - depending on the season - mountain bikes or skis (with shoes and sticks), and if you are still a beginner, there are skiing and snowboard instructors ready to help you; while in the hotel you can play billiards or videogames; there is a playroom for our youngest guests. Naturally you can also drop by the gift shop selling sportswear and personal care items, while for the best look of your clothes hotel “Bansko” offers you pressing and laundry services. For a daily fee of BGN 2 you can also use the additional safety provided by the hotel safe deposit box. If you are not tempted by the pistes you may enjoy a trip to the heart of Bansko or to Melnik, the Rojen Monastery, Rila Monastery or Sofia. The hotel features a business centre and 3 conference halls - a large one (seating 60 persons) and a small one (seating 20). Accomodation The hotel offers 52 recently refurbished, cosy and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is included in the rate. You can also pay for a full package including bed, breakfast and dinner. We offer room service for your convenience and for the safety of your valuables you can use the strongbox at the reception desk. Rooms are centrally heated and all are equipped with satellite channel TV sets, direct dial telephone, mini-bar and hair dryer in bathrooms. Most of the rooms and suites are equipped with bathtubs.There are two single rooms equipped with shower cabins. There are 27 double rooms, of which 12 are luxury rooms. Part of the rooms face south and offer a good panorama to Pirin while others face north and provide a scenic view out to the town. Some rooms have balconies where you can enjoy the mountain sun. The hotel also offers 9 suites consisting of two rooms - bedroom and sitting room, 6 of these are studio-type two-level suites. The bed in the bedroom is king-size. The sitting room is fitted with modern furniture and a sofa with a pull-out bed. Restaurant You can have a taste of European and Bulgarian national cuisine in the restaurant of hotel “Bansko”. The restaurant is air-conditioned and seats 70 guests. The setting is perfect for family celebrations, cocktail parties, and business meetings.
