The hotel, which was opened mid December 2005, is located at about 800m from the centre of Bansko and about 1200m from the slopes.
It is a modern 3 storey building with total of 34 cozy and comfortable rooms (26 double standard rooms, 4 double superior rooms and 4 family rooms) and 2 apartments. All the rooms and apartments are furnished with: satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar, hairdryer. Most of them are with balcony.
At guests’ disposal are: lobby bar, restaurant and ski storage.
The hotel offers to its guests complimentary daily transfers to the ski lifts.

For Winter 2006/07 the hotel will feature: indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam bath and conference room.
